Littlefield Physical Therapy Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Freelance Data Entry Clerk to support accurate, timely, and organized data management across the business. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, works independently, and can manage repetitive tasks with consistency and care.

As a freelance member of the team, you will help maintain the quality and integrity of important records, ensuring information is entered correctly, updated promptly, and handled confidentially.

What You’ll Do

Enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems and spreadsheets
Review documents and digital records for accuracy and completeness
Verify information and correct errors or inconsistencies
Organize and manage electronic files in a structured and accessible way
Transfer data from source documents into company databases
Perform routine quality checks to ensure data accuracy
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive business and client information
Communicate with team members as needed to clarify missing or incomplete details
Support general administrative data tasks as assigned
