Job Title: Document Control Coordinator
Location: San Clemente, CA
The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $20.00 – $22.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Employment Type: Temporary, approximately 3 months
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
- Administer the approved Document Control database system and support personnel with document control needs
- Generate reports for Management Review, trending, and audit-related quality system gaps
- Maintain document control and training modules within the approved system
- Administer the Training database; monitor training status and coordinate group training as needed
- Support Design History File (DHF) compilation and maintenance with project managers
- Assist Production and Product Development teams as needed
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of related experience
- Excellent documentation skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Medical device experience with working knowledge of QSR
- Medical device complaint experience preferred
- Clean room and/or in-process assembly/manufacturing verification inspection experience a plus
- Strong team player with good written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable in a small, entrepreneurial environment; organized and able to coordinate across internal departments and outside vendors
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a science field
