Branch Manager – Staffing & Recruiting (Sales Leader)

Location: Temecula CA

Employment Type: Full-Time in Office

Are you a proven staffing industry leader who thrives on sales, coaching, and business development? We're seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to lead a high-performing staffing office by developing new business, growing existing accounts, recruiting top talent, and building a winning team.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being in front of clients, mentoring employees, and driving profitable growth.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow the branch.
Personally generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and client visits.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers in manufacturing, logistics, clerical, administrative, professional, and skilled trades industries.
Meet and exceed branch sales, gross margin, and profitability goals.
Lead, coach, and develop recruiters, account managers, and branch staff.
Conduct regular sales meetings, performance coaching, and accountability sessions.
Increase market share through exceptional customer service and business development.
Negotiate staffing agreements and pricing while maintaining profitability.
Partner with recruiting staff to ensure timely fulfillment of client orders.
Monitor recruiting activity, fill ratios, retention, and customer satisfaction.
Resolve client and employee issues professionally and quickly.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws, I-9/E-Verify requirements, workers' compensation procedures, and company policies.
Analyze branch metrics and implement action plans to improve performance.

Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of staffing industry experience.
Previous experience managing a staffing branch or leading a sales team preferred.
Demonstrated success in outside sales and business development.
Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
Experience managing P&L or branch financial performance is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Valid driver's license and Insurance with reliable transportation for client visits.
