The role of the Esthetician is to provide guests with excellent 5-star customer service
Qualifications
- State of Wisconsin License
- Provide 5-star customer service to each guest by educating them on all products and services offered in the spa and by providing each one with a pressure point experience prior to starting spa service
- Recommend appropriate products available for sale in the spa to allow guests to duplicate results at home, as well as give the guest a complete experience
- Take advantage of educational opportunities provided by Haven Salon + Day Spa ensuring minimum education requirements as posted are met, in order to maximize potential and future growth and success
- Be open to coaching and feedback from management and directors
- Update and maintain customer information records, such as beauty services provided
- Cleaning and upkeep duties of spa as assigned by Salon Lead
- Work together as a spa team in a positive, respectful and impactful way
