Hitting and documenting the data-transmission threshold and per-code time minimums; monthly close-out before the billing window

Clinical execution

Trend triage on BP, weight, HR, SpO2 against your defined escalation thresholds
HTN and HF adjustments strictly within standing orders; escalates to you rather than improvising
Medication adherence assessment, barrier identification, SDOH screening
Care plan documentation and revision per your template; 24/7 access coordination

Compliance and revenue integrity — weight this heavily

Audit-ready time logs: start/stop, task-level narrative, who performed it, non-duplication with other billed services
Understanding of general supervision, incident-to, and which codes may not be billed concurrently
Assembles records for payer requests and pre-payment review so you're reviewing a finished file, not building one
