Full Job Description

Brighter Strides ABA is seeking an experienced and passionate Regional Center Clinical Director (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership and support across our Oklahoma centers. This in-person leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality ABA services, supporting and developing center-based BCBAs, and promoting clinical excellence throughout the region.

The Regional Center Clinical Director will maintain a consistent presence within assigned centers, build strong relationships with clinical and operational teams, and work collaboratively to ensure exceptional outcomes for clients, families, and staff. This leader will serve as a visible, accessible, and hands-on resource, providing coaching, guidance, and support while fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Quality Oversight
Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and support to center-based BCBAs.
Ensure clinical programming meets company, payer, and BACB standards.
Conduct regular program reviews to ensure high-quality, effective treatment and meaningful client outcomes.
Support complex case consultation and clinical problem-solving.
Promote consistency in clinical practices across all assigned centers.
Monitor key quality indicators and implement improvement initiatives as needed.
Regional Oversight
Travel between centers on a rotating schedule to provide in-person support and leadership.
Build strong relationships with BCBAs, Center Directors, Center Managers, Lead RBTs, and Operations teams.
Collaborate with center leadership to support clinical excellence and operational success.
Identify trends, barriers, and opportunities for improvement across centers.
Support the implementation of company initiatives, policies, and best practices.
Staff Development & Support
Coach and mentor BCBAs in clinical decision-making, leadership, and professional growth.
Support the onboarding and development of new BCBAs.
Help build BCBA confidence through regular feedback, guidance, and collaborative problem-solving.
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Assist with performance management and development planning as needed.
Client & Family Care
Ensure a high-quality experience for clients and families across all assigned centers.
Support families and clinicians through complex clinical situations and escalated concerns.
Promote effective caregiver training and family engagement.
Monitor treatment effectiveness and client progress.
Strategic Leadership
Drive regional clinical goals and performance metrics.
Support center growth, program development, and service expansion.
Partner with clinical and operational leaders on staffing and capacity planning.
Support the development and implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and standards.

Qualifications

Current BCBA certification in good standing.
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of ABA clinical experience.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical leadership experience preferred.
Experience supervising and mentoring BCBAs.
Strong knowledge of center-based ABA services.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to travel regularly throughout the Oklahoma region.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
