Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate guest records.
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls, take messages, and direct calls as needed.
Assist with reservations and provide support for guest relations issues as they arise.
Maintain the front desk area in a neat and organized manner.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to guests.
Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.

Experience

Previous experience in guest services or hospitality management is preferred.
Familiarity with front desk operations in a resort or hotel setting is highly desirable.
Proficiency in phone systems and hotel management software is beneficial.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an advantage to enhance guest relations.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction are essential.
