Position: Service Coordinator

Pay Range: $67,000 - $72,000 Annually

Compensation Breakdown:

Hourly Rate: $18-$24/hr depending on experience
Annual Range: $67,000 - $72,000 Annually
Performance Bonuses: Weekly bonus for membership enrollments plus on call bonuses each week. Typical bonus per CSR $250-300 week

Location: Conway, SC

Schedule:

Full-Time
Monday to Friday, 8 hour shift
Weekend availability, On Call

Requirements:

Our office team is just as important as our technicians, and we're looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to help support our daily operations and provide an outstanding customer experience.

As a Service Coordinator, you'll serve as a key member of our administrative team, coordinating service requests, supporting field technicians, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to professionalism and care. This is more than answering phones—it's a role that requires organization, critical thinking, strong communication, and a passion for helping people.

Core Responsibilities:

Coordinate service, maintenance, and installation appointments using ServiceTitan.
Communicate professionally with customers, technicians, and management.
Maintain accurate customer records and job documentation.
Assist with scheduling, memberships, follow-up, and customer communications.
Manage requests received by phone, email, text, website, and online chat.
Support daily office operations while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Pay: $67,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
