Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver advanced aesthetic treatments and skincare solutions, enhancing our clients’ confidence and natural beauty. Your expertise in medical aesthetics, combined with your passion for patient care, will drive exceptional results and elevate the overall client experience. Responsibilities

Perform a variety of aesthetic procedures including dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and laser therapies with precision and care.
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history review, and skin evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to ensure safe administration of treatments while adhering to all regulatory standards and clinic protocols.
Educate clients on post-treatment care, potential side effects, and realistic outcomes to foster trust and satisfaction.
Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Manage inventory of aesthetic supplies and medications, including Botox, dermal fillers, and laser equipment.
Stay current with industry advancements by participating in ongoing training, workshops, and clinical research to enhance skills and knowledge in aesthetic medicine.

Qualifications

Valid Nurse Practitioner license with certification in aesthetics or relevant specialty areas such as dermatology or plastic surgery.
Proven experience performing aesthetic procedures including dermal fillers, botulinum toxin injections, and laser treatments.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and skin anatomy relevant to aesthetic practices.
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or eClinicalWorks for accurate documentation.
Excellent patient communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about treatment options and expectations.
Experience working in medical offices that utilize Athenahealth or similar practice management software is preferred.
Additional expertise in critical care, hospital medicine, or emergency medicine can be advantageous for managing complex cases or urgent situations.
