Full Job Description

Copier Setup and Install Technician

Integrity Business is looking for a Copier Setup and Install Technician to join our team!

Since 2006, Integrity Business has been providing technology solutions to local businesses. Starting with print technology, we expanded in 2017 to offer complete IT solutions. Our mission is to help our clients grow by equipping them with the right technology to achieve their goals.

As a Copier Setup and Install Technician, you will:

Unbox, assemble, and configure copiers, printers, and multifunction devices according to manufacturer specifications.
Safely load and secure devices in delivery vehicles for transport to and from customer locations.
Deliver and install devices at customer locations.
Connect devices to customer networks and ensure proper functionality (printing, scanning, faxing).
Perform initial testing and quality checks to confirm successful installation.
Provide basic user training and orientation to clients on device operation.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor setup issues on-site.
Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, and customer interactions.
Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Deliver toner to specified customers and check all supplies on hand.

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

Communicate clearly with clients and team members.
Be detail-oriented and organized in documenting installations and service activities.
Manage your time effectively to meet delivery and installation schedules.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and professionally.
Work independently and as part of a team to deliver excellent service.
Be comfortable working in client environments and adapting to different setups.

Compensation and Benefits:

$32k – $36k annual salary DOE

Requirements for this position:

Valid driver’s license required
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Experience with copier/printer installation and networking preferred
Basic understanding of network connectivity and device configuration
Strong customer service skills
Ability to safely lift over 100lbs
Ability to safely operate lifting equipment, such as a forklift and stair climbing hand truck

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
