South Carolina Foreclosure, Eviction, & Real Estate Litigation Attorneys (Hybrid / Part-Time Opportunities)
Are you a South Carolina-licensed attorney with experience in foreclosure, eviction, or other real estate litigation? Are you looking for a part-time opportunity that offers flexibility while keeping you actively involved in litigation and court appearances? Latitude is seeking experienced attorneys for two part-time opportunities supporting real estate and foreclosure matters throughout South Carolina. One opportunity is a contract engagement, and the other is a direct hire. Both roles are primarily remote but require regular in-person court appearances in various locations across the state.
Basic Requirements for the Foreclosure, Eviction, & Real Estate Litigation Attorneys:
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in South Carolina
- 5+ years of experience in foreclosure, eviction, and real estate litigation; bankruptcy experience is a strong plus
- Ability and willingness to travel for in-person hearings and other court appearances throughout South Carolina
- Strong time-management, attention to detail, professional judgment, and communication skills
- Ability to independently manage matters and court appearances
- Outstanding professional references
Position Details:
Part-Time Eviction & Real Estate Litigation Attorney - Contract Engagement
- Type of role: Contract Engagement
- Schedule: Part-Time (Approximately 15-25 hours per week)
- Hybrid structure - primarily remote with in-person hearings and trials throughout South Carolina
Part-Time Foreclosure Associate Attorney - Direct Hire
- Type of role: Direct-hire
- Schedule: Part-time (Approximately 20-25 hours per week)
- Location: Hybrid - primarily remote with in-person hearings and trials throughout South Carolina
