Full Job Description

The Greg Sisson Team is one of the top real estate teams in the Myrtle Beach area, known for strong marketing, community involvement, and delivering a high-level client experience.

We are looking for a part-time Community Brand & Client Experience Coordinator to help us maintain and grow our local brand presence, social media coordination, client engagement, and event experiences.

This is a people-focused and highly organized role that combines marketing coordination, community outreach, social media scheduling, and client experience.

Position Details

Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week)
Primarily in-office
Flexible schedule with occasional evening or event hours
Local travel for events and community collaborations may occasionally be needed

ResponsibilitiesClient Experience & Reviews

Coordinate and manage Google review follow-up
Schedule client video testimonials
Help create a polished and memorable closing experience
Coordinate and maintain our closing photo/photo booth area

Social Media & Content Coordination

Coordinate content with our videographer and third-party editors
Organize content calendars and posting schedules
Schedule and publish content across:
Instagram
Facebook
TikTok
LinkedIn
X/Twitter
Pinterest
YouTube Shorts
Help organize and repurpose content for multiple platforms
Coordinate posting consistency and brand presentation

Community & Event Coordination

Coordinate invitations and communication for:
Client appreciation events
Movie nights
Community events
Team events
Coordinate video shoots and collaborations with local businesses
Help brainstorm creative marketing and community engagement ideas

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

Outgoing and personable
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable talking with people on the phone and in person
Social media savvy
Creative and proactive
Dependable and able to manage multiple moving parts
Excited about branding, community involvement, and client experience

Preferred Experience

Social media coordination or marketing experience
Event coordination or hospitality experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with Canva and social media scheduling tools is a plus
Real estate experience is helpful but not required

This role is NOT responsible for:

professional listing photography
videography
full video editing

We already work with photographers, videographers, and editors. This role helps coordinate and maximize those efforts.

Compensation

Hourly pay based on experience
Flexible part-time schedule ( would consider full-time )
