Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food to our customers. This is a leadership role that requires strong culinary skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for creating delicious dishes.

Duties:
- Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and prep cooks
- Develop and implement menus that are innovative, diverse, and aligned with customer preferences
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain stock levels and minimize waste
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop and implement strategies for improving kitchen efficiency and profitability
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, food handling procedures, and safety protocols
- Monitor kitchen operations to maintain consistency in food quality, portion sizes, and plating techniques
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques or ingredients into menu offerings

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Extensive knowledge of food management principles, kitchen operations, and restaurant management
- Proficient in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control
- Excellent culinary skills with the ability to create innovative and visually appealing dishes
- Familiarity with catering and bartending is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
