Job Description
Remote US only, EST time zone required
As a Lease Administrator, you'll manage the administrative and financial aspects of equipment and software leases, ensuring accurate funding, billing, documentation, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can balance multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.

Process and fund equipment and software leases for commercial, government, national, and multi-site customers

Review lease agreements, credit approvals, invoices, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance

Ensure timely and accurate lease funding, billing, and payment processing

Manage lease documentation, records, and audit requirements

Monitor lease terms, schedules, and critical start dates

Partner with Finance and internal teams to support reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

Provide billing and lease administration support to customers and channel partners

Maintain lease processing SLAs and high accuracy standards

Set up customer autopay and support lease-related account maintenance

Assist with special projects and process improvements as needed
Qualifications

High school diploma required; some college preferred
-
2+ years of customer service, lease administration, data entry, or related experience

Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams

Strong math and analytical skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, or similar business systems
