What You’ll Do
- Lead the Nacogdoches Location - Serve as one of the key cornerstones of the team, providing steady leadership and unwavering support.
- Build and Develop a High-Performing Team - Foster a culture of collaboration, motivation, and accountability that drives collective success.
- Oversee Appointment Scheduling - Manage and optimize the scheduling of appointments with federal employees—focusing on helping clients secure their financial futures and maximize their federal benefits.

- Drive Operational Excellence - Deliver clear direction and consistent support to ensure peak performance and productivity.

What It Takes to Lead Here
- Experience in management, call centers, retail, sales, or restaurant leadership preferred
- Background in outbound calling is a plus
- A track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals
- Strong coaching and team-building skills
- Organizational and data-driven mindset with CRM proficiency
- Professional, commanding presence—balanced with approachabilityCreative problem-solving and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite (Salesforce a bonus)
