Hospitality Host

Nestled in the heart of the lush Suisun Valley, IL Fiorello is a family-owned and organically certified olive grove, bistro, and internationally recognized producer of award-winning olive oils. We are seeking a passionate, polished, and highly personable Hospitality Ambassador to represent our brand and host memorable tasting experiences centered around olive oil, wine, food, culture, and agriculture. We are now growing our business services.

About the Role:

As a key face of the IL Fiorello experience, this role is more than just hosting-it's building lasting relationships with our guests. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in kindness, respect, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for connecting guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Warmly greet and host guests to our Experiences, Bistro and retails sales
Deliver consistently exceptional service with a welcoming demeanor and polished presentation support all guests, special events, private tastings, and on-site gatherings with grace and professionalism
Maintain detailed guest records in our POS (Commerce7), including preferences and follow-ups
Encourage product sales and olive oil club membership with firsthand knowledge of the high-quality olive oils, balsamic vinegar reductions, and other house and handmade items through engaging, personalized service
Assist with daily set-up, breakdown, and cleanliness of the tasting experience and other guest areas
Promote future Brand Experiences, Bistro visits, online engagement, and reservations
Support inventory tracking and merchandising as needed
Other additional tasks and support as requested and needed

What We're Looking For:

A love for hospitality, storytelling, food, and oil
Prior hosting, concierge, tasting room, casual fine dining, or boutique hospitality experience preferred
A polished, professional appearance and confident presence
A desire to grow with an intentional, values-driven team
Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
POS experience (Commerce7 ideal, but not required)
Availability to work weekends and special events

Minimum Qualifications:

WSET Level 2 or equivalent certification
