JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION: Customer Service Representative

The primary functions of the Customer Service Representative are to provide "WOW" customer service and book appointments with our clients. The two primary functions are by answering inbound calls and converting outbound calls into booked service and maintenance calls. This position handles service calls from customers, projecting a professional image and using the company's prepared script. He or she will also utilize his or her customer service training to educate and establish rapport and assist customers in choosing service and products.

Requirements:

***This position requires Saturday availability***
Must be able to have flexible availability, including weekends and some nights for rotating on-call
Must be comfortable speaking on the phone for up to 8 hours a day
Must be able to conduct roughly 65+ outbound calls a day in addition to answering inbound calls
Must have strong communication skills, including a pleasant phone demeanor
Ability to work in a fast paced environment where changes are common
Must be able to listen and resolve customer inquiries while updating account information
Must be able to utilize phone, cell phone, text, email, and internet at a high level of expertise
Must be motivated to work independently and multi-task
Perform other duties as assigned by management
