Goguette Bread is expanding! An artisanal French bakery in Santa Rosa, is looking for an individual with passion and experience as a Retail Shift Lead to join our team. We are a small family run atelier, respecting the ancient bread making techniques using levain only, for all of our products. The bakery to us is not just a place to work, but a place to live and grow.

Our boulangerie’s days and hours of operation (Wednesday through Saturday 1:30-9pm), make for a great work and life balance that is unique in this field. We value our family ambiance, and believe in creating long term relationships

Overview

Be the person who keeps the bakery running smoothly from one shift to the next. As our Bakery Retail Shift Lead, you’ll lead a small team, create a welcoming experience for our customers.

You will inspire excellence in customer service! This dynamic role is perfect for someone with leadership qualities, organization and a love to interact with colleagues and the community we serve. You will oversee daily bakery Retail operations, ensure food safety standards are met, and create an inviting environment that keeps customers coming back for more. Your energy will drive the success of our bakery department and elevate the customer experience.

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in retail/customer service food industry
Knowledge of food safety management practices and ability to maintain a clean workspace at all times
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that enhances the shopping experience

Pay: $19.50 - $23.00 per hour
