Oakmont of Novato | Novato, CA
At Oakmont of Novato, we believe that every interaction is an opportunity to make someone feel welcomed, valued, and cared for.
As our Concierge / Front Desk Receptionist, you are often the first smile someone sees when they walk through our doors, the familiar voice a resident turns to when they need help, and the reassuring presence a family member comes to know and trust.
You are more than the person behind the front desk, you are the heart of our welcome and the first impression of our community.
In senior living, the little things matter. Remembering a resident's name. Greeting a family member with a smile. Answering the phone with warmth and professionalism. Helping someone find what they need. Taking an extra moment to listen to a story. Offering reassurance to a new resident or family walking through our doors during an important transition in their lives.
Those moments may seem simple, but together they create something incredibly meaningful: the feeling of being home.
If you are organized, professional, genuinely enjoy people, and take pride in creating an exceptional experience for others, we would love to meet you.

There are receptionist jobs where you answer phones, greet visitors, and complete administrative tasks.
This can be something more.
At Oakmont, the front desk is at the center of our community. You'll celebrate birthdays, welcome grandchildren, hear incredible stories, help new residents feel comfortable, share laughter, solve problems, and build relationships with people you might never otherwise have had the opportunity to know.

That's hospitality with purpose.
