Salary range is $70,000 - $90,000. This position is hybrid, based at our Downers Grove, IL headquarters.
Contract Administration Manager Position Summary
GO2 Partners is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contract Administration Manager to oversee the review, negotiation, drafting, and administration of contracts with customers, vendors, suppliers, and strategic partners. This individual will play a key role in protecting the company's interests while supporting business growth through efficient contract management and risk mitigation.
The ideal candidate possesses strong business acumen, exceptional organizational skills, and experience working with commercial contracts in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role will collaborate with leadership, operations, finance, sales, procurement, and external legal counsel to ensure contractual obligations are clearly defined, compliant, and effectively managed.
Key Responsibilities
· Review, draft, revise, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, including customer agreements, vendor contracts, supplier agreements, service agreements, NDAs, purchase agreements, and subcontractor agreements.
· Evaluate contract terms to identify financial, operational, and legal risks and recommend appropriate revisions.
· Coordinate contract review and approval processes across multiple departments.
· Maintain standardized contract templates and develop contract language that supports company objectives.
· Ensure contracts comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
· Monitor contract milestones, renewal dates, expiration dates, insurance requirements, and performance obligations.
· Maintain organized contract files and electronic records within the company's contract management system.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related questions from internal departments.
· Partner with executive leadership and outside legal counsel on complex negotiations or high-risk agreements.
· Support vendor onboarding and procurement processes by reviewing contractual documentation.
· Assist in developing and improving contract administration policies, procedures, and workflows.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred. Certification as a Paralegal is also desirable.
· Five or more years of experience in contract administration, contract management, procurement, legal operations, or a related business role.
· Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts is preferred.
· Strong understanding of contract terminology, commercial business practices, and risk management principles is required.
· Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
· High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract management software.
Other Preferred Qualifications
· Experience working with commercial contracts.
· Familiarity with procurement and supplier management processes.
· Experience working with outside legal counsel.
· Professional certifications such as Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM), Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) are a plus.
