Real Estate Office Coordinator (Part-Time)

DPG Real Estate Agency | Downtown Lisle, IL

Are you a licensed Realtor looking for consistent income while growing your real estate business?

DPG Real Estate Agency is seeking an organized, proactive Part-Time Office Coordinator to help keep our growing brokerage running smoothly. As we continue to grow, this role is essential to maintaining the high level of service and professionalism our agents and clients expect.

What You’ll Do

● Interact with our wonderful clients, agents, and visitors with exceptional customer service.

● Manage daily office operations, administrative tasks and front desk.

● Review transaction files and assist with brokerage compliance.

● Support agents with administrative needs and accuracy.

● Coordinate weekly meetings, market updates, office communications, recognition.

● Manage and maintain office needs and equipment.

● Assist with office and/ or community events and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

● Communicates professionally, enjoys helping others and is very friendly/welcoming.

● Thrives in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities.

Qualifications

● Administrative, office management, or real estate experience preferred.

● Experience with Real Estate Contracts, Dotloop, MLS, Canva, and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Position Details

● Part-Time (20 hours per week)

● Monday–Friday daytime hours

● Competitive hourly pay based on experience
