Demand Generation Manager

ASAR Digital | Full-Time | Chicago Area

About the Role

ASAR Digital is seeking a hands-on Demand Generation Manager to build and personally execute our outbound lead generation strategy for SAP implementation and managed services.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You will own the strategy, execution, and results of outbound demand generation while working with a research/support resource to help identify target accounts and prospects.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable getting directly involved in prospecting—cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, account research, and campaign execution—while continuously improving our approach based on results.

What You'll Do

Own ASAR's end-to-end outbound demand generation process, from target account selection through qualified opportunity generation.
Personally execute outbound prospecting through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Identify and engage decision-makers within mid-market and enterprise organizations.
Develop and continuously refine messaging, call scripts, email sequences, and outbound campaigns.
Build and manage targeted prospect lists aligned with ASAR's ideal customer profile.
Direct and prioritize a research/list-building resource supporting prospect identification.
Qualify prospects and transition sales-ready opportunities to leadership for discovery and sales engagement.
Maintain accurate prospect, activity, and pipeline information within the CRM.
Track outbound activity, response rates, conversions, pipeline growth, and qualified opportunities.
Build a repeatable outbound process that can scale as ASAR continues to grow.

What We're Looking For

Experience working for an SAP Partner, SAP consulting organization, enterprise software company, or similar B2B technology organization.
Proven experience owning B2B outbound lead generation or demand generation from strategy through hands-on execution.
Strong experience with cold calling and direct prospecting.
Demonstrated ability to generate qualified sales opportunities within mid-market and/or enterprise organizations.
Experience developing and refining outbound messaging rather than simply executing predefined campaigns.
Experience working within a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Sales Cloud, or similar.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable engaging executives and senior business decision-makers.
Highly organized, self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven.

Nice to Have

Experience generating demand for SAP implementation, managed services, or digital transformation engagements.
Familiarity with SAP solutions such as SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Customer Experience (CX), SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), or SAP Business AI.
Experience in professional services or implementation consulting sales.
Experience working within a partner or channel sales environment.
Experience with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Outreach, or similar.

Success in this role means consistently generating qualified opportunities for ASAR's SAP consulting and implementation pipeline, maintaining disciplined outbound activity, improving campaign effectiveness based on real market feedback, and ultimately creating a scalable outbound demand generation engine.
