Full Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our growing clinical team. The ideal candidate is someone who truly cares about patient well-being and is comfortable working with medical terminology, clinical workflows, and hands-on procedures.

Key Duties:

Support providers during evaluations, treatments, and minor procedures
Administer medications and injections under provider supervision
Perform blood draws and additional clinical tasks as needed
Document patient information accurately in the medical record
Assist new patients in understanding and coordinating their treatment plan
Answer patient questions and clearly explain therapies and next steps
Make follow-up calls to check on patient progress and treatment response
Monitor, track, and maintain clinical inventory to ensure supplies are always up to date
Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote excellent patient outcomes

Qualifications:

Current Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification
Strong command of medical terminology and clinical processes
Excellent English proficiency, both spoken and written
Experience in internal medicine, hospital care, or geriatrics is preferred
Solid understanding of human physiology and patient-care techniques
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented medical environment
Outstanding communication skills and a patient-centered approach
