THE ROLE

You will own your assigned projects from groundbreak through closeout. You are the primary point of contact for the homeowner and the link between subcontractors, trades, and the office — making sure schedules are hit, information flows in every direction, and nothing falls through the cracks. You run your jobs independently. You do not wait to be managed.

This role is for someone who has enough experience to know what right looks like — and enough drive to make it happen.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

Full management of your assigned projects — schedule, budget, quality, and coordination from groundbreak through closeout
Subcontractor and trade management — you are the primary contact between the field and the office
Proactive homeowner communication on job status — no surprises, ever
Daily job site presence — you know what’s happening on your jobs at all times
Buildertrend management — daily logs, scheduling, documentation, and RFIs
Job status communication to ownership and management — proactive, accurate, and on time
Budget tracking per project — flagging overruns before they happen, not after
Coordinating with the Construction Administrator on permitting milestones, material purchasing, and pre-construction deliverables
Holding subs and vendors accountable — to the schedule, to the scope, and to the standard
Escalating true owner-level decisions up — solving everything else yourself

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

5+ years of project management experience in residential construction — luxury custom home experience strongly preferred
Proven track record managing projects independently from groundbreak through closeout
Working knowledge of Collier County and City of Naples permitting — you understand the process and can drive it
Proficient in Buildertrend — scheduling, daily logs, RFIs, and budget tracking
Proficient in Google Workspace — Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Gmail are second nature
Strong written and oral communication — clear, direct, and never vague
Highly organized and self-managed — you know what needs to happen next without being told
A leader on the job site — subs respect your direction and follow it

BONUS POINTS

Experience with luxury spec homes or high-end client relationships
Familiarity with premium product specifications (PGT WinGuard, Andersen A-Series, Trane, Navien, Generac)
Experience with waterproofing systems
Experience with other construction scheduling software (Procore, CoConstruct, etc.)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
