Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily activities. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a positive environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Responsibilities

Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive
Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
Maintain a clean and organized office
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate multiple schedules
Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and messages with accuracy and timeliness
Support office management tasks such as inventory tracking and supply ordering

Requirements

Proven experience in front desk or administrative roles within an office environment or medical receptionist experience is a plus
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in working with Electronic Health Records
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and general clerical procedures required
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience is advantageous but not mandatory
