Full Job Description

Job Overview
Join us as an Entrepreneur Territory Specialist , where you will be at the forefront of expanding our brand presence and driving business growth within your designated territory. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to develop and manage your own business, leveraging your sales expertise and entrepreneurial spirit. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with local clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs. This paid position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to lead, innovate, and make a significant impact in their community.

There will be an Exclusive License agreement for the defined territory where a fee will be paid and in turn you will make all the profits for your area . No one else will be able to sell in your defined territory .

Duties

Develop and execute strategic plans to grow territory sales through proactive business development and account management.
Identify potential clients via cold calling, lead generation, and networking to expand the customer base.
Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase offerings and upsell additional solutions.
Manage end-to-end sales processes including negotiations, closing deals, and contract renewals.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software such as Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking of sales activities and pipeline status.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and offering tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement local campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate new leads.
Oversee territory management activities including scheduling visits, tracking market trends, and analyzing sales performance metrics.

Skills

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong management skills with the ability to lead client relationships and coordinate multiple accounts simultaneously.
Expertise in business development strategies, including cold calling, lead generation, and direct sales techniques.
Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce for managing customer data and sales pipelines effectively.
Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-focused approach to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Knowledge of marketing principles, technology sales, retail sales, and product demos to effectively promote solutions.
Strong analysis skills to interpret market data, identify opportunities, and optimize sales strategies.
