Full Job Description

$300–$500/hr · Remote · You choose your caseload

Why this role

If RVUs, call, and inbox chaos have crowded out real clinical thinking, step into a lighter model. As a collaborating Psychiatrist, you’ll support PMHNPs through brief monthly touchpoints and structured quality review. We handle the admin rails (agreements, templates, reminders) so your time goes to judgment, not paperwork.

What you’ll do

Enter and maintain Florida supervisory protocols with Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (we prep and maintain documents).
Hold brief, scheduled check-ins per month; complete periodic quality reviews (at least annually).
Document activities on our platform for clean, simple compliance.
(Optional) Add additional licensed states to scale your panel.

What you’ll bring

MD/DO Psychiatrist (BC/BE).
Active Florida medical license and DEA.
Comfort with collaboration workflows, timely documentation, and tele-collaboration.

Compensation & time commitment

$300–$500/hour
Typical time: ~1 hour/month per NP.
Illustrative examples (actuals vary by cadence and panel):
3 NPs → ~$900–$1,500/month
4 NPs → ~$1,000–$2,000/month
5 NPs → ~$1,500–$2,500/month

Multi-State Expansion: Many psychiatrists licensed in multiple states earn $10,000+ monthly by adding collaborations in FL + other licensed states (assignments comply with each state’s rules).
