Full-Time Opportunities

Naples, Florida
$43 – $50 per hour (based on experience) + Shift Differential for Closing Shifts

Join a High-Performing Imaging Team

A leading imaging provider in Southwest Florida is seeking MRI Technologists to join its highly skilled and patient-focused team. Multiple locations and shift options are available throughout the Naples area.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative clinical environment where quality imaging, patient care, and professionalism are top priorities. The MRI Technologist will perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

A shift differential is available for closing shift hours.

Available Shifts & Locations

MRI Technologist – 7:30a-4p

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care throughout the imaging process
Educate patients and family members about MRI procedures and expectations
Assist patients with positioning, transfers, and mobility using proper body mechanics and lifting techniques
Ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity at all times
Deliver services appropriate to the patient’s age, condition, and clinical needs

Imaging & Technical Responsibilities

Perform high-quality MRI scans following established protocols and physician orders
Maintain imaging quality standards and participate in quality control procedures
Ensure accurate patient documentation and adherence to imaging center policies and procedures
Monitor equipment performance and report any issues as necessary

Safety & Compliance

Adhere to all MRI safety protocols, imaging standards, and OSHA guidelines
Follow HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and confidentiality
Complete incident reporting promptly when necessary
Maintain a safe imaging environment for patients, staff, and visitors

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI Technology program
ARRT (MRI) certification preferred or eligible
BLS certification preferred
Strong knowledge of MRI safety procedures and imaging protocols
Excellent patient care and communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with clinical teams

Compensation & Benefits
