Position Title

B & B Italia Showroom Senior Sales Manager / Naples, FL

Position Summary

The High-End Furniture Showroom Senior Sales Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of showroom operations, driving sales performance, delivering an exceptional client experience, and maintaining the impeccable presentation of a luxury furniture showroom.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in luxury furniture, interior design, or premium retail environments and excels at building lasting client relationships while leading high-performing teams. This individual is an exceptional communicator with outstanding organizational skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Success in this role requires a high degree of emotional intelligence, professionalism, adaptability, and resilience. The Showroom Sales Manager will work closely with executive leadership in a highly collaborative environment where frequent communication, proactive reporting, and transparency are essential. The ideal candidate is comfortable providing detailed project updates, anticipating questions, managing evolving priorities, and maintaining composure and sound judgment under pressure while consistently delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Relations

Lead the showroom team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, builders, and high-net-worth clients.
Ensure every client receives a personalized luxury shopping experience.
Prepare, review, and approve quotations, proposals, and contracts.
Assist the sales team with complex projects and negotiations.
Monitor sales pipeline and follow up on pending opportunities.

Showroom Operations

Oversee the daily operations of the showroom.
Maintain showroom appearance to luxury brand standards.
Coordinate merchandising, product displays, and seasonal updates.
Ensure pricing, product information, and displays are accurate.
Manage inventory of samples, catalogs, and marketing materials.

Team Leadership

Recruit, train, coach, and motivate showroom staff.
Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
Establish individual sales goals and monitor performance.
Foster a professional, collaborative, and customer-focused work environment.
Schedule staff to ensure appropriate showroom coverage.

Project Coordination

Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, logistics teams, and installers.
Monitor project timelines from quotation through installation.
Resolve client concerns and installation issues promptly.
Ensure accurate order processing and documentation.

Financial Management

Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
Monitor budgets and showroom expenses.
Review margins and profitability on projects.
Ensure deposits, payments, and billing are processed accurately.
Assist with monthly financial reporting.

Vendor & Supplier Relations

Maintain strong relationships with luxury furniture manufacturers.
Coordinate product training with vendors.
Stay informed about new collections, pricing updates, and lead times.
Attend industry events and product launches when required.

Customer Service

Ensure exceptional after-sales service.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Interior Design, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury furniture, interior design, or high-end retail management.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience managing multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of luxury furniture brands and interior design concepts.
Experience with CRM and showroom management software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
