Position Overview
U Skin Aesthetics is seeking a Florida-licensed Registered Nurse to work with clients and the clinical team in an outpatient aesthetic and wellness setting.
The RN will support scheduled client visits by reviewing intake and health information, preparing treatment areas, maintaining required clinical records, observing clients during assigned services, and communicating relevant clinical information to the supervising provider.
All nursing responsibilities are performed within the RN's authorized scope of practice and according to applicable Florida requirements, provider direction, and U Skin Aesthetics' established clinical procedures.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Review client intake forms, relevant health histories, and required documentation before scheduled services
- Confirm required clinical records and consent documentation are completed according to clinic procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies for scheduled appointments
- Assist with client preparation before assigned services
- Observe clients during assigned services and document relevant information
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing notes, service records, and other required charting
- Provide approved pre-service and post-service instructions to clients
- Follow established infection-control, sanitation, privacy, and workplace safety procedures
- Maintain organized clinical spaces and properly prepared supplies
- Communicate client-care information with providers and appropriate clinic staff
- Report contraindications, unexpected symptoms, changes in client condition, or other clinical concerns to the supervising provider
- Follow established clinical protocols and provider instructions
- Complete required onboarding, training, and clinic education
Required RN Qualifications
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Ability to work on site at the Naples clinic
- Ability to maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow established clinical procedures and provider direction
- Ability to maintain client privacy and confidentiality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to complete required employer training
Previous aesthetic or medical spa experience is not required.
Experience in outpatient healthcare, medical offices, dermatology, plastic surgery, wellness clinics, or aesthetic settings may be helpful.
Pay and Training
- $20.00–$28.00 per hour
- Starting pay is based on relevant experience and qualifications
- Required onboarding and training hours are paid

Work Schedule
This position is scheduled for up to 40 hours per week across four workdays.
- Sunday availability is required
- Three additional weekdays are scheduled according to clinic needs
- Typical shifts are approximately 7–8 hours
- Monday through Friday clinic hours: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Sunday clinic hours: 11:00 AM–6:00 PM

Orientation and Clinic Training
U Skin Aesthetics provides paid onboarding and training for this position.
Training may include clinic-specific procedures, documentation requirements, safety practices, privacy standards, client communication, and daily operational processes.
Training does not expand the Registered Nurse's legal scope of practice. Nursing responsibilities remain subject to applicable requirements, established clinical procedures, and appropriate provider direction.
About the Workplace
The RN will work on site at U Skin Aesthetics in Naples, Florida. The clinic provides scheduled outpatient aesthetic and wellness services in a professional, client-facing environment.
Daily work involves direct interaction with clients, providers, and clinic staff, with an emphasis on accurate documentation, client safety, communication, and adherence to established procedures.
This is an on-site outpatient position and is not a remote, hospital, emergency-care, or home-health role.
