Air Bar is an exceptional opportunity to join the finest full-service salon and blowout bar in Naples. We are seeking a Salon Concierge with strong managerial skills, business sense, passion, sales ability, who is highly detail-oriented and charismatic.

This is a full-time position, offering 32-38 hours per week, with a set schedule after training.

At Air Bar, we pride ourselves on our active role within the community, and our commitment to providing guests with the highest standards of quality and personalized experiences.

Air Bar is a professional, vibrant and energetic salon where you will engage with an affluent, international, and fashionable clientele, often including high-profile individuals. It is demanding but always rewarding. This is not a meet-and-greet position, but managerial in many ways, very busy, and with high expectations of professionalism, have a strong work ethic, and commit to a long-term position focused on complete hospitality and overall experience to our guests.

You will be an integral part of an amazing team offering opportunities for rapid growth, and you are able with a proven track record to ascend to managerial and director positions. We envision the person we hire will naturally assume this role after mastering the fundamentals of how our salon operates.

Air Bar Blowouts & Extensions is the pioneer of blow-dry bars in Naples since 2014. We offer a range of full-salon services while being known as a Blow-dry bar, including Extensions, Updos, Keratin Treatments, and we specialize with master artists in Cuts and Color. Our vision is to make our guests feel as great on the inside as they look on the outside. Air Bar is a stunning, impeccably maintained, modern salon featuring a 30-foot long crystal bar where guests enjoy movies and runway fashion shows while sipping wine, champagne, cocktails, or espresso and cappuccino drinks while having their hair styled by some of the most talented stylists in the industry, using the most luxurious products available.

Responsibilities:

Uphold and elevate our stellar reputation delivering exceptional customer service.
Provide a warm and professional experience from the time guests arrive to the time they leave.
Handle transactions, promote products and sales, and contribute to our profitability.
Manage appointments and confirmations through phone, text, and email.
Actively sell products and assist in closing product sales for stylists.
Demonstrate genuine care for our guests, team members, and salon as a whole.
Encourage guests to invest in packages, memberships, and gift cards.
Help maintain a spotless salon.
Inform clients about our services, products, and special events.
Upsell additional salon services.

Skills:

Exceptional communication skills (verbal, phone, email) for top-tier customer service.
Proficiency in handling office equipment, printers, and POS systems.
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Point of Sale software.
Familiarity with transaction processing.
Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
Ability to remain composure in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in a salon, spa, or hospitality setting is preferred.
