Movement Specialist (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Locations: Naples, FL or Fort Myers, FL

Position Details

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Locations:

Naples, FL
Fort Myers, FL

Schedule:
Flexible scheduling available, including mornings, afternoons, and/or evenings

What You'll Do

As a Movement Specialist, you'll work one-on-one with clients to restore movement, reduce pain, improve performance, and help people accomplish goals they didn't think were possible.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive movement assessments
Design individualized movement and strength programs
Coach clients through corrective exercise, mobility, and strength training sessions
Monitor progress and adjust programming as clients improve
Educate clients on proper movement mechanics and injury prevention
Build strong relationships through exceptional client care
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
Collaborate with our team to deliver an outstanding client experience
Continue developing your knowledge through ongoing education and mentorship

Qualifications Required:

Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or another nationally recognized strength and conditioning certification
Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in:
Exercise Science
Kinesiology
Exercise Physiology
Athletic Training
Health & Human Performance
Sports Science
Physical Therapy or another related health and movement field
Strong understanding of biomechanics and human movement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Passion for helping others achieve better health and performance
Sports or athletic experience/background

Preferred

Experience in personal training, strength & conditioning, rehabilitation, sports performance, or movement coaching
Experience working with athletes and active adults
CPR/AED Certification
Desire for continual professional development
