Full Job Description

Participate in the development and implementation of business strategies for the outlet kitchens that are aligned with the company’s overall mission, vision, values and strategies
Supervise and oversee all line cooks and pantry personal to ensure daily operations are executed on a consistent basis
Implement strategies for the kitchen that support achievement of Stonebridge’s goals
Create an environment for employees that is aligned with the company culture through constant communication and reinforcement
Create innovation for the senses by managing the food preparation for all brand outlets
Maintain product consistency by conducting inspections of seasonings, portion, and appearance of food
Ensure that unused food is stored properly in order to minimize waste and maximize quality
Manage the daily operation of the outlet kitchens
Coordinate the inventory, purchasing and disbursement of all supplies with the Executive Chef
Ensure that proper sanitation practices are followed
Assist with creating and monitoring outlet schedules based upon forecasted volumes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
