Products & Pricing Coordinator

Bonita Springs, Florida | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (On-Site)

Introduction

Are you the person who catches mistakes others miss?

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Products & Pricing Coordinator to join our team in Bonita Springs, Florida. This position plays a critical role in maintaining product and pricing information across multiple systems while supporting members (franchisees), suppliers, and internal teams.

What You'll Do

Maintain and update product and pricing information across multiple platforms and databases.
Review supplier and internal data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy before system imports.
Audit data to identify discrepancies, duplicate records, formatting issues, and missing information.
Manage integrations between internal databases and third-party product catalog platforms.
Maintain online product catalogs, including images, descriptions, and pricing.
Conduct routine audits to ensure information remains current and accurate.
Analyze product and pricing data to identify errors and inconsistencies.
Utilize Excel to organize, validate, and prepare data for system uploads.
Create reports and data exports to support business operations and member needs.
Assist with data troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
Serve as a resource for product, pricing, and system-related questions.
Support members with navigating system tools and resolving inquiries.
Coordinate a large bi-annual sales event.

Required Qualifications

Strong Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, sorting, filtering, and data validation.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable answering phones and assisting members and business partners.
Ability to learn new software systems quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with large spreadsheets, databases, or inventory systems.
Experience with Salesforce or similar business software.
Previous experience in administrative support, pricing, inventory control, data entry, or coordinator roles.
Strong technical aptitude and understanding of how data moves between systems.

Work Environment

Fully on-site position located in Bonita Springs, Florida.
Regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Annual travel required (typically once per year) to support a company convention.
