Compensation package
This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity.

We offer a monthly plan for just $69 per month and a $69 per transaction fee,
No monthly fee plan option available, and it can be discussed on the initial call with the broker
Agents are responsible for their own licensing, board, MLS, marketing, business expenses, and applicable brokerage fees.

Requirements
- Active Florida real estate license, or ability to activate before joining
- Comfortable working in a cloud-based brokerage
- Able to generate your own clients, leads, referrals, or business opportunities
- Professional communication skills
- Willingness to follow brokerage policy, compliance requirements, and transaction procedures
- Serious about building or continuing a real estate business
National Association of Realtors membership (NAR) and joining a local Realtor board (MLS Access) is optional and NOT required
Work location
Cloud-based Brokerage - Work the entire state of Florida.
This is a remote, Florida-based real estate agent opportunity. Agents may work across Florida, subject to licensing, board, MLS, and brokerage coverage requirements.
