Busy season is 40 hours.

This Naples tax firm made a decision years ago that growth would never come at the expense of people's lives.

So while many accountants spend February, March and April counting down the days until it's over, this team simply gets on with the work.

The firm

Six people.

Around 1,000 tax returns per year.

Pure tax.

No audit department.

No unnecessary meetings.

No corporate layers.

Just tax and small business advisory work for a loyal client base that continues to grow through referrals and reputation.

The opportunity

They're looking for a well rounded Tax Manager who enjoys working across a broad mix of tax work rather than being pushed into a narrow speciality.

You'll work directly with clients, review and prepare returns, provide planning advice and help support local businesses throughout the year.
