What You'll Do

As a Client Service Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting our advisors and operations team.

Responsibilities include:

Providing outstanding service and support to clients, prospects, and team members
Assisting with client onboarding, account maintenance, and service requests
Coordinating and preparing for client meetings
Managing client communications and follow-up activities
Supporting advisors with administrative and operational tasks
Assisting with client events, seminars, and educational programs
Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency
Helping to ensure a smooth and professional client experience at every interaction

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is professional, organized, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys helping others.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of client service experience within the financial services industry
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Preferred but Not Required:

Experience with CRM systems
Knowledge of account opening and maintenance processes
