We help homeowners with everything from drywall repair and painting to carpentry, home improvements, power washing, and remodeling projects. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional customer service, quality craftsmanship, and reliable communication.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and help drive the company's success.

Position Summary

The Office Manager will serve as the operational hub of the company, coordinating office administration, scheduling, payroll support, customer communications, and team accountability. This individual must be comfortable managing multiple priorities while ensuring that both customers and employees receive an exceptional experience.

The ideal candidate has experience in the home services, construction, remodeling, or trades industry and is proficient with Jobber and Gusto.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations
Oversee scheduling of technicians, projects, estimates, and customer appointments
Maintain and manage Jobber, ensuring accurate job records, scheduling, invoicing, and workflow management
Process payroll and employee records through Gusto
Coordinate onboarding paperwork and employee documentation
Monitor job progress and assist with workflow coordination between office and field teams
Answer customer inquiries and resolve service concerns professionally
Manage accounts receivable and assist with collections when necessary
Assist leadership with reporting, KPI tracking, and administrative projects
Maintain customer databases and company records
Support hiring, recruiting, and employee communication efforts
Ensure office systems and processes are operating efficiently

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of office management, operations management, or administrative leadership experience
Previous experience in construction, remodeling, home services, or a related industry preferred
Proficiency with Jobber is required
Experience with Gusto payroll software is required
Experience with CRM and field service management software
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
