About Us:

We are a premier, physician-led plastic surgery practice and integrated luxury med spa in Nashville. We specialize in comprehensive, facial and body rejuvenation, blending state-of-the-art surgical outcomes with premium non-surgical interventions. We are seeking a highly skilled, patient-centric NP or PA to join our thriving clinical team.

Position Overview:
This role is designed for an advanced practice provider with a proven track record in both advanced injectable artistry and energy-based skin rejuvenation. You will operate with a high degree of clinical autonomy, inheriting a loyal patient base while actively growing your own book of business through comprehensive treatment plans and cross-referrals with our surgical team.

Key Responsibilities:

Injectable Artistry: Perform advanced cosmetic injections including neuromodulators, dermal fillers (lips, mid-face, jawline, tear troughs), and biostimulators (Sculptra/Radiesse).
Laser & Energy Devices: Safely and effectively operate advanced multi-wavelength laser devices for skin resurfacing, vascular/pigment clearance, and skin tightening.
Comprehensive Consultations: Conduct thorough facial and skin analyses, develop multi-modality long-term treatment plans, and set realistic clinical expectations.
Surgical Collaboration: Identify candidates for surgical intervention and seamlessly cross-refer to our plastic surgeon; handle post-treatment non-surgical maintenance.
Patient Safety & Retention: Maintain pristine medical charting, adhere to strict safety and complication protocols, and deliver a luxury, five-star patient experience.

Qualifications:

Active, unencumbered Tennessee NP or PA license.
Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience exclusively in medical aesthetics (med spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting).
Demonstrated proficiency and certified training in both neuromodulators/fillers and energy-based devices.
Dermatology experience is a plus.
An artistic eye for natural facial harmony and a deep passion for skin health.
Strong communication skills with a focus on education-based, consultative selling.
