Full Job Description

Location: Brentwood, TN
Company: Recovery Unplugged

Recovery Unplugged, a leading Substance Abuse Treatment Facility headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is seeking a dedicated Primary Therapist to join our team at our Brentwood, TN location. We provide detox and residential services and are committed to delivering high-quality care to help patients overcome addiction and mental health.

Must be able to work one weekend day.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide group, individual, and family therapies to assigned patients.
Collaborate with the Treatment Team to develop and implement Master Treatment Plans.
Assist in coordinating discharge planning and ongoing patient care.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
Engage with patients facing varying levels of substance addictions.

Qualifications:

LPC, LMFT, or LCSW is preferred.
Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
State Licensing or Certification is required.
Understanding of DSM-V Diagnoses preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Passion for helping others and making a positive impact.
Experience in Substance Abuse Treatment and individual/group counseling is preferred.
