Chandler and Campbelle Investment Group (CCD), in partnership with ABM Aviation, is seeking friendly and dependable Passenger Assistants to provide exceptional customer support throughout the Satellite and C Concourse areas at Nashville International Airport. This role ensures travelers receive courteous guidance, mobility assistance, and a positive airport experience while navigating both airside and land side transit areas.
Passenger Assistants play an essential part in helping passengers board transportation, move safely through the concourse, and feel supported during their travel journey. This is a customer-facing position that requires strong communication skills, physical stamina, and a commitment to excellent service.
Passenger Assistants assist travelers with boarding and exiting shuttle vehicles, answer questions, offer directions, and help with luggage and personal belongings. The role requires the ability to remain professional and attentive while working in a busy airport environment. Team members must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry luggage as needed, and maintain a friendly, helpful attitude throughout their shift.
To qualify, applicants must have reliable transportation, be able to speak and read English fluently, and be physically capable of performing the job duties. Candidates must also be able to obtain a SIDA airport-issued badge, which requires a clear background check. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
