Position: Customer Service Representative – Be the Backbone of Client Success

You’ll be the go-to partner for our clients, guiding them through claims, policy changes, and every question in between. You’ll protect relationships, solve problems, and keep the business moving forward—while also helping the sales team close gaps and hit goals.

We’ll challenge you to bring your best every day, and we’ll give you the tools, training, and team environment to make sure you keep leveling up.

What You’ll Do:

Manage client relations, claims, policy changes, and billing issues with exceptional care.
Prepare and deliver important documents to clients and mortgage companies.
Provide outstanding customer service by promptly responding to inquiries via phone, email, and text.
Support the client onboarding process to create positive experiences and improve retention.
Interact with clients to manage accounts and resolve challenges effectively.
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and maintain CRM accuracy.
Actively promote and sell insurance products using consultative sales techniques.
Analyze and meet established client retention rates by contacting clients during renewals.
Meet or exceed individual KPIs consistently.
Perform other duties as assigned to support our mission of excellent service.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
