Now Hiring: Restaurant Manager – Sperry's Restaurant Lead with Excellence. Inspire Your Team. Deliver Exceptional Hospitality.

For more than 50 years, Sperry's Restaurant has been known for outstanding food, exceptional service, and creating memorable dining experiences. We are seeking an experienced, passionate Restaurant Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to developing people while delivering operational excellence.

If you are a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching teams, driving results, and creating an incredible guest experience, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality.
Hire, train, coach, and develop front-of-house team members.
Build a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
Manage labor, scheduling, and staffing to meet business needs.
Monitor sales, food quality, cleanliness, and service standards.
Resolve guest concerns professionally and ensure every guest leaves satisfied.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Partner with the General Manager to achieve financial and operational goals.
Help drive sales through community involvement, team engagement, and exceptional execution.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of restaurant management experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business requires.
Experience in upscale casual or fine dining is preferred but not required.
