Nestea Recruiting is recruiting on behalf of Skinfinity Spa for a Patient Care Sales Advisor position at its Nashville, Tennessee location.

This is an in-person W-2 employee position with Skinfinity Spa. Skinfinity Spa is the employer for this role. Nestea Recruiting is assisting with candidate communication, screening coordination, and hiring support on behalf of Skinfinity Spa.

Position Overview

Skinfinity Spa is seeking a Patient Care Sales Advisor to support scheduled consultations, patient communication, service education, package presentation, lead follow-up, CRM tracking, and local sales activity at the Nashville location.

This is a client-facing sales role in a wellness and aesthetic spa setting. The position is ideal for someone who is confident speaking with patients and clients, comfortable discussing service options and pricing, and organized enough to follow up consistently after consultations.

Prior experience in a medspa, aesthetics, wellness, beauty, fitness, or luxury service setting is helpful, but not required. Training is provided.

How This Role Supports the Spa

The Patient Care Sales Advisor helps create a professional and organized consultation experience from first conversation through follow-up.

This role supports:

Scheduled patient and client consultations
Service education and client questions
Package, membership, and treatment plan discussions
Pricing and payment option communication
Lead follow-up after appointments
CRM documentation and client activity tracking
Local sales goals and consultation conversion
A respectful, supportive, and service-focused client experience

Client Consultation Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

Meeting with scheduled clients in person at the Nashville location
Asking questions to understand each client’s goals, concerns, and service interests
Explaining wellness and aesthetic services clearly and professionally
Presenting available packages, memberships, pricing, and payment options
Helping clients understand next steps after their consultation
Following up with prospective clients after appointments
Communicating with clients by phone, text, email, and in person
Tracking leads, consultations, follow-ups, outcomes, and notes in the company CRM
Maintaining accurate documentation for client communication and sales activity
Supporting local sales goals and consultation conversion expectations
Coordinating with spa leadership, providers, and support team members
Following company procedures for consultation flow, pricing, payment options, and client communication
Participating in paid training, service education, coaching, and team communication
Assisting with client engagement or promotional support when needed

Sales Focus

This position is focused on consultation-based sales. The goal is to help interested clients understand their options while supporting Skinfinity Spa’s local sales process in a professional and respectful way.

The right candidate should be comfortable with:

In-person sales conversations
Consultation-based selling
Explaining service value clearly
Discussing packages, memberships, or service plans
Reviewing pricing and payment options
Following up with prospective clients consistently
Using a CRM or similar tracking system
Working toward performance and conversion goals
Receiving coaching and applying feedback

Compensation Details

This position includes:

$3,000 monthly compensation
Paid training
Performance-based growth opportunities
Additional commission, bonus, or incentive opportunities if included in Skinfinity Spa’s current compensation plan

Schedule and Availability

This position is scheduled 4 days per week.

Schedule includes:

Sunday availability required
Three additional weekdays scheduled Monday through Friday
Monday through Friday hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Sunday hours: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Required Qualifications

Qualified candidates should have:

Experience in sales, consultations, client service, membership sales, patient coordination, customer support, or another client-facing role
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfort discussing pricing, packages, and payment options
Ability to follow up with clients professionally and consistently
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to use a CRM or similar tracking system
Comfort working in a performance-focused sales environment
Coachable attitude and willingness to learn Skinfinity Spa’s services and procedures
Ability to work in person at the Nashville, TN location
Ability to work the required schedule, including Sundays
Professional appearance and communication style

Preferred Qualifications

Work Environment

This role is based in a wellness and aesthetic spa setting. The Patient Care Sales Advisor will interact regularly with clients, prospective clients, spa staff, leadership, providers, and support team members.

The right candidate should be comfortable working in a structured environment, following company procedures, documenting client activity accurately, and supporting both client experience and local sales goals.
