We are looking for a sharp, highly organized Project Coordinator who wants to learn the business from the inside out and build a career in project management.

Who are we? My client is a high-impact signage, graphics, and branding company with a long history in the Nashville market. As our Project Coordinator, you’ll work behind the scenes to keep projects organized, accurate, and moving forward—from initial sales handoff through production and installation. This isn’t simply a data-entry or administrative role. We want someone who thinks, questions, catches mistakes, solves problems, and wants to grow.

What You’ll Do

Working closely with Project Management, Design, Production, Permitting, and Installation, you will:

Review work orders, estimates, production proofs, and project documents for accuracy and consistency.
Maintain accurate project information in Corebridge V2, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets.
Create Purchase Orders and translate estimates and labor information into project records.
Assemble complete installation job packets for field crews.
Prepare permit submission packets and organize supporting documentation.
Track deadlines and proactively follow up when information is missing.
Coordinate information across internal departments to keep projects moving.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, templates, and workflows.

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need years of signage or project management experience. You do need to be naturally organized, curious, comfortable with technology, and extremely attentive to detail.

You may be a great fit if you:

Catch inconsistencies others overlook and take pride in accuracy.
Enjoy solving problems and understanding how things fit together.
Can manage multiple priorities without losing track of details.
Communicate clearly and aren’t afraid to ask questions or follow up.
Learn new software quickly and are comfortable with Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets.
Want to learn, grow, and take on greater responsibility.

We’re open to recent graduates in Construction Management, Project Management, Business, Industrial Design, or related fields, as well as candidates with 1–3 years of project coordination, administrative, construction, production, or similar experience. Corebridge experience is a plus but not required.

For the right person, this position is more than a coordinator role—it’s an opportunity to learn how projects move from concept through installation and build the foundation to grow into a Project Manager.
