Full Job Description

Job Overview
Role: As a Rehab Technician you play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the overall success of our practice. Your primary responsibilities encompass a range of patient-centered tasks, skill enhancement, documentation, teamwork, and growth. You will work under the guidance of the Production Manager and or Associate Doctors and collaborate with fellow team members to ensure optimal patient experiences and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Provide Treatment Services:
Deliver high-quality treatment services to team members and patients based on established protocols and guidelines.
Collaborate with senior providers to ensure effective patient care and optimal treatment outcomes.
Learn and Perform Chiropractic Bio Physics traction Set Up’s on the Robo Table, UTS units and Denneroll Table
Increase Treatment Load:
Work closely with the Production Manager to gradually increase your patient load by accepting assignments from them.
Documentation:
Accurately complete documentation for each patient encounter, ensuring all relevant information is recorded.
Keep electronic health records (EHR) up to date and organized for easy reference.
Skill Enhancement:
Allocate time to engage with the Production Manager to improve documentation skills and gain insights into effective patient management strategies.
Treatment Area Maintenance:
Maintain treatment areas in an organized and clean manner to create a professional and welcoming environment for patients.
Cleaning Assignments:
Complete weekly cleaning assignments as designated, contributing to a safe and hygienic practice environment.
Marketing Participation:
Participate in marketing initiatives as assigned or when invited, contributing to the promotion of the practice's services and brand.
Continuing Education:
Fulfill assigned continuing education requirements to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in treatment techniques and healthcare practices.
Leadership and Teamwork:
Collaborate with other team members and seek opportunities to lead by example, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Comprehensive Patient Care:
Ensure patients receive all prescribed services during every visit, focusing on their overall well-being and treatment plan adherence.
Patient Education:
Educate patients during encounters about the importance and benefits of their treatment, promoting their active involvement in their care journey.

Results

Measurable and reproducible patient outcomes
Mastery over set - ups
Able To Set up a patient and get them out of set up within 1-2 minutes
Ensure the safety of the patient
Understand and apply emergency protocols
review home care with patients
guide their neuro-muscular rehabilitation programs

Requirements

Psychographic: Emotionally self-regulates even during times of pressure and stress to be present for the team and practice members, must be able to physically move quickly.
Education: Engineering, Anatomy and Physiology
Licensing and Certification: Possess and maintain all necessary licenses and certifications required for the role.
Attend a CBP hands on Workshop
Experience: N/A
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and patient care.
Time Management: Effective time management skills to balance patient care, administrative tasks, and skill enhancement activities.
Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based healthcare environment.
Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold the practice's values and standards.
Continuous Learning: Willingness to engage in ongoing learning and professional development.
Patient-Centered Approach: Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and fostering positive patient relationships.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
