Position Title: ServiceNow Tech Lead/Developer
Duration: 6+ months with high possibilities of extension
On-Site: (Nashville, TN) Remote but should be able to travel client location frequently.
Pay Range: $55-66/hr on W2
Job Description:
Must-Have skills for the role:
- Lead day-to-day technical support for IRM, BCM, and TPRM applications in production
- ServiceNow scripting experience/Integrations.
- Monitor scheduled jobs, integrations, and data quality checks related to risk, continuity, and third-party data
- Maintain shared dashboards and reporting data sources used by business stakeholders
- Provide Level 2 support for incidents and problems related to IRM, BCM, and TPRM
- Workspace and UI builder experience required.
Nice-to-have skills:
CIS - policy and compliance
Years of experience needed: 6+ years in ServiceNow

- Monitor scheduled jobs, integrations, and data quality checks related to risk, continuity, and third-party data
- Maintain shared dashboards and reporting data sources used by business stakeholders
- Provide Level 2 support for incidents and problems related to IRM, BCM, and TPRM
- Workspace and UI builder experience required.
Travel and expenses paid by client: Yes
Industry experience needed: 7 years
Education needed for the role: Educational qualification- computer science background
