As a boutique CPA firm, we offer a personalized, full-spectrum approach to tax, accounting, and business advisory services for a diverse and growing client base across a wide range of industries.

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Accountant with a background in public accounting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with a variety of clients, understands the nuances of tax compliance and planning, and wants to be part of a close-knit, growth-oriented team.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing federal and state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, and corporations
Conducting year-end tax planning and projections
Researching tax issues and staying current with tax law changes
Communicating directly with clients to gather tax documentation, resolve issues, and provide guidance
Responding to IRS/state notices and assisting clients with tax correspondence
Collaborating with colleagues on broader accounting and advisory projects

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience preparing business and individual tax returns
Prior work experience at a CPA or public accounting firm
Strong knowledge of federal and state tax codes
Highly organized and self-sufficient
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Motivated and proactive — you take ownership of your work
A collaborative team player who thrives under deadlines
CPA or CPA-track preferred (but not required)
