Multi-Unit Events Sales Manager

Pelato & Luogo | Avenue T Hospitality Group
Nashville, Tennessee

Avenue T Hospitality Group is seeking a driven, polished, and highly organized Multi-Unit Events Sales Manager to lead private dining and event sales for Pelato and Luogo, two of the most in-demand restaurant concepts in the Nashville area.

This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic hospitality sales professional who is eager to sell, motivated by commission, and skilled at building lasting relationships throughout the community. The position will initially focus on our Nashville-area restaurants, with significant growth potential as we continue expanding throughout South Carolina and beyond.

Position Summary

The Multi-Unit Events Sales Manager is responsible for generating, booking, planning, and growing private events across Pelato and Luogo. This person will serve as the primary point of contact for event clients—from the initial inquiry through the final handoff to restaurant operations.

The ideal candidate is equal parts salesperson, relationship builder, networker, and organizer. They understand urgency, communicate professionally, follow up relentlessly, and know how to turn interest into booked business.

This is not a passive administrative position. We are looking for someone who is genuinely eager to sell, excited to network, motivated to pursue new business, and capable of maximizing every opportunity that comes through the door.

Responsibilities

Manage private dining and event inquiries across multiple Pelato and Luogo locations
Maintain all leads, communication, contracts, payments, and event details through Tripleseat
Respond to every inquiry quickly, professionally, and with a strong sense of urgency
Conduct site tours and confidently sell our restaurants, menus, spaces, and event experiences
Prepare proposals, contracts, event orders, menus, and payment schedules
Consistently follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
Proactively pursue new business rather than relying exclusively on inbound leads
Network with local businesses, hotels, concierges, apartment communities, wedding professionals, event planners, and community organizations
Attend networking events and represent Pelato, Luogo, and Avenue T Hospitality Group throughout the market
Build relationships with corporate clients and develop repeat event business
Create customized event experiences while protecting restaurant standards and profitability
Maintain accurate client records, deposits, contracts, and communication
Partner closely with General Managers, Chefs, and restaurant leadership to ensure flawless event execution
Conduct detailed operational handoffs before every event
Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and future bookings
Track sales activity, conversion rates, booked revenue, and event performance
Support event sales growth as Avenue T Hospitality Group expands into South Carolina and additional markets

Requirements

Previous Tripleseat experience is required
Previous restaurant, hotel, catering, private dining, or event sales experience required
Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and achieve revenue goals
Strong networking skills and confidence building new professional relationships
A naturally outgoing personality with the willingness to make introductions and pursue opportunities
Genuine enthusiasm for selling and earning commission
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Comfortable managing a high volume of leads, events, and competing deadlines
Confident conducting tours, presenting options, negotiating details, and discussing pricing
Strong follow-up habits and a genuine sense of urgency
Able to work independently while collaborating closely with restaurant leadership
Flexible availability based on tours, client needs, networking opportunities, and major events
Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Multi-unit hospitality experience strongly preferred
Interest in growing into a larger regional events leadership role
