Pay: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour + performance opportunities
Job Type: Flexible part-time schedule with room for more shifts
Location: In person – Oceanside, NY

Please read before applying. This is an in-person, on-camera sales role based in Oceanside, NY. We are looking for someone with reliable local availability, strong communication skills, and interest in a longer-term part-time opportunity.

About the Role
We’re looking for a confident, stylish, energetic, and sales-driven on-camera host to join our live shopping team.

This is a high-paying flexible role for someone who wants consistent weekly shifts without needing a traditional full-time schedule. It can be a great fit for students, people with retail schedules, people working another job, or experienced live sellers looking for additional stream opportunities.

You’ll host live shopping shows featuring fashion, beauty/fragrance, sneakers, designer brands, accessories, jewelry, streetwear, and trending products. Customers watch, interact, ask questions, bid, and shop in real time while you present products live on camera.

You do not need to be an influencer or have a large following. We care more about personality, confidence, sales ability, style, reliability, communication skills, and the ability to connect with customers.

Availability
We are looking for someone with consistent weekly availability.

Minimum availability is 2 days per week, with at least 4 hours per shift. More hours may be available depending on performance and availability.

This role can work well around a school schedule, another job, or another live-stream/showroom schedule, but it is not meant for someone only available for a few weeks. Training takes time, so we are looking for candidates who can commit consistently.

Potential shifts may include:

Afternoon live shopping shifts
Evening live shopping shifts
Sunday stream opportunities

What You’ll Do

Host live shopping shows on camera
Present and sell products clearly and confidently
Engage with viewers in real time
Create excitement, urgency, and trust around products
Learn product details, pricing, brands, sizing, condition, and selling points
Help prep products before the live show so you understand what you are selling
Work with the team during streams to keep the show organized and moving
Help tag, sort, and wrap up products after the stream
Take feedback and improve your hosting/sales style over time

Who We’re Looking For

Comfortable speaking on camera for 1–3+ hours
At least basic sales, retail, customer-facing, or product-selling experience
Strong personality and natural communication skills
Interest in fashion, beauty/fragrance, designer brands, sneakers, jewelry, accessories, styling, streetwear, or social media
Professional, camera-ready presentation suitable for an on-camera role
Comfortable with fast-paced, auction-style live selling
Reliable, punctual, and consistent
Coachable and able to take constructive feedback
Able to keep energy up during a live show
Comfortable learning products quickly

Important
This is a sales role. We are willing to train the right person on our products and live selling process, but applicants should already have some comfort talking to customers, selling products, or presenting confidently.

This is also an on-camera role, so presentation, energy, communication, and professionalism matter. We are looking for someone who can represent products well, connect with viewers, and create a fun but trustworthy shopping experience.

Pay / Growth
Starting pay is based on experience, camera presence, product knowledge, sales ability, and overall fit for the role.

Strong performers may be eligible for higher hourly pay, performance bonuses, commission opportunities, bonus inventory opportunities, and additional stream opportunities as they prove themselves.

Local Candidates Preferred
This is an in-person role based in Oceanside, NY. Reliable commuting is very important. Candidates should be local or have a dependable commute for consistent in-person shifts.
